I firmly believe it is best to be prepared for the future. Advance planning ensures an outcome many would prefer, if ever faced with health or financial issues and upon one's passing. And yet, many Americans fail to prepare.
After practicing in various areas of the law I chose Elder Law as my focus because of the great personal satisfaction I gain in making a difference for my clients. People work hard to build their estate and hope to preserve their assets for their retirement years. Others wish to preserve assets for their heirs. These are areas where I can help you and I would welcome your call or visit.
I have been a member of the Whiting Business Association since its inception because I believe in the Association's philosophy.
In return for Whiting residents patronizing my law practice, I am very happy to "give back"' to the community. I have served as Legal Counsel to the WBA, and I have been an active participant in many of the WBA's events, such as the annual Food & Wine tasting, Auto Shows, Christmas Tree lighting, as well as the WBA's Business Fairs. I also volunteer my legal services at Somebody C.A.R.E.S. in Whiting two days each month.
I live near the shore with my children and furry friends, and enjoy scrapbooking and travel.
